Q: Do you have a shop I can visit?
We are an online store and do not have a physical retail store in which to browse our range. But we understand that some people aren’t online shoppers or find it easier to speak to someone before ordering. Please complete the contact form and we will happily call you back.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know you’ll be excited to receive your order our packing department operates Monday – Thursday and your order will be placed and disptached the following day.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order and receive a refund?
Pre-orders allow us to know how much fabric to order from our manufacturer. Therefore, all sales including pre-orders are final. In addition we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please check everything before ordering your PJs.
